Break up with your bf if you want it's not my call. However you can tell if a guy likes you because he will flirt with you and touch your arm, back, etc. Just ask him if he wants to hang out and try to get to know him better.

Your current boyfriend could be just shy and not very expirienced in relationships. Call him up once in a while and maybe he'll be more comftrable to call you. If he still acts the same, you should end up but that's only if you're sure that you want to.

Well you should definitely break up with your boyfriend. He has a lot to learn with relationships if he never calls his girlfriend or anything. Too immature to be in a relationship I think. As far as "J" goes. Call him up and ask him to do something. Like movies or waterpark. Maybe even ask a few friends to come a long. Hang out w/ him then maybe he'll act like he likes you enough where you can just come on out and ask him.
