losing weight i want to lose a little bit of weight for summer...
so i need an easy work out plan and some healthy good foods..
i am not huge but i could stand to lose a few...
please help me if you can...

jogging is amazing and just eat more fruits and veggies. swimming helps a lot since its summer. if u dont like to jog, just walk a lot ]
Well most people who are dieting these days try to not eat as much but really you cant skip a meal have breakfast lunch and dinner normal platters dont over due your self . and have a midnight snack . exersize daily . and soon all the hard work will show off for You . ]
