Running and other aerobic exercise will help you lose fat. What will be left is muscle... so you'll be able to see the definition in your arms and abs better.

well i love to run
but I don't think it will make your arms smaller.
but you could lose weight by running
if you eat right as well.

if you want smaller arms & abs
do more excercises other than running.

hope it helps <3

if u run your arms will not shrink in size. you should just do your normal execises and add running to it and your abs will get bigger and your arms will be fine! hope i helped!
