Last Friday i threw up, probably because of anxiety. On Saturday, i had a really big panic atttack. It lasted over an hour, I couldn't really be calmed down. On sunday morning as soon as i woke up, I felt shaky, and i had another panic attack, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I ended up having to take some kind of pill that would relieve my anxiety immediately.
After that, i got extremely tired and light headed. After sleeping for a little bit, i felt a little better. But when i went to sleep last night, i woke up at around two in the morning feeling like i couldn't sit still. I ended up sleeping in my Dad's room.
While I was at school today, i felt fine, maybe because i had something to distract myself. But now, I still feel dizzy. I have had NO appetite, whatsoever, and whenever i stand up, my teeth start to chatter, and I'm SO tired.
I don't know what to do with myself anymore. I just want to feel normal. Not dizzy, not tired, just normal.
What can i do to feel better? Any ideas as to exactly what's wrong?
I'm already taking anxiety medicine, though it's apparently not doing the trick...

Maybe change the way you eat to natural thing, like things you know exactly what all the ingredients are and what they've been through. Maybe eat lots of veggies, and just plain old food. If ya get what I mean.
But like I said, I'm not sure if this will help with your jitters, though its good to eat like this anyways.
