CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT THIS PERSON!

And it's so weird 'cause I can't stop thinking about it. I've tried everything but nothing works more than temporarily... I don't know why I can't keep thinking about that one particular person! It's not a crush, they're like a gazillion years older than me. Besides i think he's in like his 50's!!!! and i'm 13/f. please please please help this has been going on for weeks and i dont know what to do!

in fact now one song reminds me so much of him that i had to take it off my ipod 'cause i dont wanna think about him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's such an extreme. HELP PLEASE! and I can't tell my parents, JUST BELIEVE ME IT'D BE SO WEIRD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I JUST CAN'T TELL ANYONE OR THEY'LL THINK i'm really weird, not just that but i don't wanna tell anyone. PLEASE HELP! like when someone brings up the subject he teaches i think of him until i forget. and when i forget it's probably only 3 hours long to maybe if im lucky a whole day! and other times it just pops in my head randomly, please help!!!.

This will sound wierd, but try to think of him as much as possible. Your mind will soon begin to wander, and you'll forget about him.
