This might not be the best advice...but hey, it's advice! Basically do everything the other person said, and [to add to their suggestions] just lean your head to the right.

1. your tongue should just playfully touch his. don't shove it in to his mouth, just stick it out a little. he'll probably do the same. run it along his teeth or his tongue.
2. just don't do it in front of a bunch of people or in a public place. it won't be awkward if you really like the guy.
3. just put them around him, like around his neck. you can also run them through his hair, down his back, that kinda thing.
4. just remember don't shove your tongue down his throat and BREATHE! you have to breathe through your nose otherwise it gets awkward.
