i thought it was called easy idaho potato spuds? its something like tht. and i googled it like 1000 times. i know you put like that shredded hash browns in it, sour cream, that chicken soup stuff, onions, and cheese. and maybe some other things. does anyone know what im talking about? where i could get the recipie? the right name? or the recipie?!!?
1 package frozen hash browns - (2 lbs)
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
16 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Place potatoes in a greased 9- by 13-inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl add minced onions, and mix together with sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Pour soup mixture over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and butter, that you have cut into cubes.
