sick, singing concert.

Question Posted Monday June 4 2007, 4:44 pm

I have a sinus infection, so my nose is incredibly stuffy. My "M" sounds like a "B", which is really bad because I have my choir concert tomorrow night. I have been taking nose sprays and what not, but nothing is working. Any home made remedies that can help?

Thanks.

this helps me: get a BIG bowl (a bowl a little bigger than your head) and fill it with boiling water. get a towel and cover your head and lean close to the water (like a sona). make sure the steam doesnt come out. dont touch the water. stay their for at least 10 min. have a box of tissue because you nose will start running (the mucuc from your sines is breaking up).

I'm not sure if this works, but I found it online.

You should use it when you take a shower prior to leaving for your choir concert.
