yarmica answered Friday June 1 2007, 9:03 pm: find something your really really passionate about. my cousin is really obsessed with video games and there was a time wen his mum and dad (my uncle and aunt) removed all entertainment facilities from his reach he started eating like mad. soon enough he gained alot of weight... as soon as they gave it back to him he seriously lost everything in a matter of a month!
so i suggest you find something you really love and do it. like read, write, chat, advice (:p), watch movies...etc
it's mostly a bad oral habit so have a pencil or something to chew on when your bored (think of something you use wen your in class) that helps too
NoLies_JustLove answered Friday June 1 2007, 7:48 pm: Well you already have the motivation you need to lose weight-you have lost self confidence, it's controlling your life, and you want to be at the weight you used to be. Now, you're saying that you eat because you're bored. Well, instead of eating when you're bored, do something active that will both entertain you and keep you in shape. Take a dance, yoga, or some kind of workout class or go to a gym (if you have one nearby.) Since you said you live in a rural area, there are things you can do at home, too. Buy workout tapes/DVDs, run outside when the weather's not bad, or simply just buy a jumprope and jumprope while listening to music. You'll find if you're bored and you workout as oppsed to eating, you'll stay in shape and be occupied with something. Maybe try getting a job or doing volunteer work, too. Since you live in the country, there are probably farms and orchards you could work at, so look around.
CheerCandi answered Friday June 1 2007, 7:42 pm: well alot of people have this problem (like my mom). so i know what your saying. i do this too. find a board game. get your friends over. rent a movie. find some interesting things on the computer (thats what i do)read. call your friends up. theres alot of things you could. its not like just because you live in the country and its bad wheather doesnt mean theres nothing to do lovey.
hope that helped! if u have any more question just ask me whenever on whatever. tell others too =)
