Well, there is always the possibility of a 'tit job' or a 'rim job'.
A 'tit job' is where your girlfriend pushes her boobs close together and you kind of hump in between them. She can always use a lube or baby oil if you want.
A 'rim job' is basically oral sex for your anus, if you're into that sort of thing.

Well CheerCandi really didn't answer your question at all. It doesn't seem like your whole relationship is based on sex. Sex is an important part of a relationship if you're old enough/mature enough to handle it without getting too far. I think it's great that you, as a guy, are willing to wait until you get out of high school to have sex. And when you do decide to do it, don't forget PROTECTION, always.
As for answering your question, the only things I can think of are things that not everyone is into. Things like roleplay can keep things interesting (ie teacher, doctor, whatever). Or anal play for you and/or her if you're willing.
Other basic things that you didn't mention are grinding, making out, feeling each other up, etc. Sometimes the acts that lead to the blowjob or fingering are the best parts. Just keep it interesting with new things.
Another thing I just thought of is that you could look up things together on the internet like different techniques for handjobs, blowjobs, etc. There are a million different things you can experiment to switch it up a little bit without having sex.

wow. well its not healthy to base your whole relatonship on sex. it just makes you both sound really horney. i cant think of any right now but maybe you should try being more active like a beach or sports. spicing a relationship doesnt neccassarily mean oral contact. it just plainly means that you want more things to do. something new and fresh.
