i got arrested last november and i was wondering if there is any way to get a copy of my mugshot by the way i live in evergreen park illinois (its liek 20 minutes from chicago)

If you are over 18, then getting your mugshot is no problem... it is a matter of public record in most places. Just call the agency that booked you and ask for it.
If you are a juvenile delinquent/offender, then your records are not public. You should go to the booking desk of the agency in question with your ID, and probably a parent or legal guardian.
They should provide you with what you are after.
If you have a parole/probation officer, they could also help you.
Why would you want a copy of this? Just curious.
