Try looking for the guarantee...or just go to the apple store, and see what they can do.
Annasadvice answered Sunday May 27 2007, 10:41 am: Go to the appple store. Go on apple.com and Look for store locator or how to reach them. I have a Macintosh Computer so I've been to the store A few times. Make sure you try it and Go get help cause you need your Ipod screen.
LOL_x0x answered Sunday May 27 2007, 10:08 am: ii don't think you can fix this. =/
but if it's under warranty or
it's been less than a year...
try sending it in and seeing if
you can get a new one.
or take it to where you bought it and see
what they have to say about it.
