water is it true that you're supposed to drink half your body weight? some girl told me that a couple weeks ago
i weigh 145lbs..does that mean i have to drink 72floz? 64 is the recommended daily amount.
is that good?

No. Don't worry about 8 glasses a day, either. Just drink when you're thirsty. The best practice is to always keep water around you, and drink when you feel like it; you'll probably find you drink around 8 glasses a day, and however much you drink is how much you should. ]
No, 64.oz is normal, which is 8 glasses of 8oz. water.
But we normally don't drink that much "water"...
You can count certain drinks as "water" also, such as tea, (made of water) and Crystal Light powder that you mix with water at home, Koolaid, etc. (sodas do not count of course)... ]
I'm unsure if that's true but I know that you're suppose to drink 8 glasses of water a day (about 4 pints).
Drinking too much also isn't good for your body as it can often make you thirstier and put a strein on your kidneys/bladder, so I doubt that you're suppose to drink that much. ]
