Snag some crest whitening toothpaste. Make sure you brush for 2 minutes in the morning, and at night, and on weekends, if you want you could brush during the afternoon. Use listerine mouthwash after you brush. Then floss. Floss gets rid of decay that you might have missed. My uncle's a dentist, if you need any more help let me know. Hope I helped! Happy Spring.

Try brushing your teeth with baking soda. That works really good. It scrubs more than just toothpaste. Still brush with toothpaste just brush with bakingsoda after.

I suggest rembrandt mouth wash whitener. this premium mouth rinse. This gives you the stain therapy that you are asking for. Trident gum also whitens teeth. Best of luck :)

your dentist should have the lazer/light machine that whitens your teeth..... costly.... but supper effective! my god you'll have teeth that are so white they blind... lol i am not kidding! i've seen the effect!

Hmm the best advice I could give you, if you wont use the strips then.. Brush your teeth often, dont drink coffee, tea, or dark soda's and youll see some improvement.
