I'm going to a resort im 2 weeks- but I'm on a strict diet (i stay between 1200-1700 cals a day) And I always gain weight when I go on vacations. I want to be able to enjoy the food there- but I also don't want to gain weight.
I'm going to keep exercising there in the fitness room- but I just don't know what to do about the food.
You shouldn't have a problem gaining weight if you're in the fitness room. If they have a pool, thats even greater because you'll be using more muscles.

If you REALLY want to watch what you eat then stick to the buffet and eat the fruit and veggies. During dinner just eat small portions and drink a TON of water. Stick to fruits, veggies, and fish. :) good luck and have fun!!! [ MyHappyShoe's advice column | Ask MyHappyShoe A Question ]

1) Keep excercising in the fitness room and I suggest taking walks around the resort after dinner. It will be gorgeous where you're statying and since youll most likely be eating later than usually, these walks will help digestion.
2) When you recieve you're dinner analyze it and make portions that you should eat. Try to eat a portion of meat the size of your open palm and plan on eating as much vegetables as there are provided on the plate. DONT EAT THE WHOLE THING!
3) When ordering food, try to order a dish with as much "plant food" as possible because it is healthier. Try to eat only one serving of bread a day. Other carbs aren't as bad as bread is. [ Saynotogymclass's advice column | Ask Saynotogymclass A Question ]
