its just a joke. she means like you want her to stay all for yourself, but its not serious or anything. she knows you love her in a bff way (if u guys are bff's) so she said that, my friends say that all the time.

It means your friend thinks you want her in a gf kind of way. She might have been (and probably was) kidding, but I can't tell from the context.
I would suggest asking her whether she was kidding or not.
