just like the person below me said they are addictive actually. they aren't healthy at all. there's always ways to make your body the way you want it. try dieting or eating healthy. my metabolism is pretty slow too, i hate it, it sucks. exersise more often. walking works. but i wouldn't take diet pills if i were you. google up on it more though and find your own information if i'm not giving you what you need.

hope i helped. good luck.

Diet pills can become addictive. Let me tell you why. They work for a couple of weeks. After your body gets used to them they just stop working, causing users to take more and more of them. Taking more than recommended can lead to a lot of bad side effects. For more information on those, check some of these links.

well they probabaly are'nt adictive, but its good you do research on the tablet before hand, like google the name. i disagree with taking pills, because they are good for the short term but how about when you stop taking them?
