Herpes is the most possible to contract without sexual contact. You can contract it through kissing someone with a cold sore or even sharing a towel with someone with genital herpes, or sitting on a toilet seat where someone else sat with an open sore.
I answered a question kind of like this on my column and I gave a whole list of how you can contract the disease. If you need more, you look there.

You can't get them by sitting on a public toilet, or by sharing a soda with an infected someone.
