If your hymen wasn't broken, then it is still possible for you to be pregnant if you weren't using protection or the condom slipped off or broke.
No, you're not still a virgin even though your hymen may still be intact. (you could have broken it prior to having sex through sports, strenuous activity, or stretching, etc.)
You are not technically a virgin if you ever had a penis even an inch inside your vagina, or if a guy has his penis even an inch inside a vagina.

You need to know this: The guy does NOT have to come inside of you to get you pregnant. Just a little bit of his pre ejeculation can get you pregnant. It doesn't matter how short the sex was or if he came in you--you're going to be pregnant unless you used a contraceptive [protection like condoms, birth controls, patches, etc].
And your "cherry" is your hymen. Some girls have it, some don't. It can be broken from sports like horseback riding, swmming, etc. It doesn't matter if it's broken or not. If you have sex, you're no longer a virgin.

2: Not every girl even has a 'cherry', or hymen. Some are born without one, often it can break during childhood through vigorous excercise such as horseback riding, gymnastics etc. and sometimes it can become elasticated, i.e. instead of breaking it stretches to accommodate the penis. So whether your cherry has popped or not is not a good indicator as to whether you are a virgin or not, and it certainly doesn't mean that you can't get pregnant.
Be very careful in future and do some research about your own body before you go having sex. The general use of the phrase popping the cherry is a pretty fair indicator that you're not quite mature enough to be having sex!
