i sit next to this boy in my science class. Over the year we started to get really close. We talk all the time and we bascilly know everything there is to know about each other. We fight like brother and sister and our personalities really click i guess. During the year he had a girlfriend, whom he just recently broke up with. Everyone says that we should go out. I met his parents and even his parents think we should. We just make eachother happy. I just found out that he broke up with his girlfriend for me. Now his ex is basiclly out to get me.He hasnt asked me out cause he is waiting untill he can do it in person and we are alone, and im think thats when we are in Washington D.C next week. I cant think of this boy as anything more then a friend. I feel really bad cause he's really funny and nice and i do like him alot, but not like that. And to top it all off, i like his bestfriend. I dont want to hurt the boy i sit next to, but how do i tell him i like his bestfriend? =[ But what i dont understand is that i have so much more in common with the boy i sit next to in science then i do with his friend, and im just so confusedd. and i dont know what to do.

Sometimes love starts out as a friendship, not saying you are going to love eachother or anything. But don't tell him you like his best friend, its one thing you need to learn about guys. If the girl they like likes their best friend, he will never talk to you or his best friend again. Hope I helped ! [ clouded_bluee's advice column | Ask clouded_bluee A Question ]
