i have had about a few girls who confessed their love or infatuation towards me but the thing is i'm not the type of guy that falls into love easily like most ppl(no offense) and I just wanna be friends.so how do i reject a gal in the most polite, friendly and casual way?

First rule; never, EVER say anything like 'you're a great friend' because it's hideously degrading. Obviously, if this girl is already a good friend then it's okay to say something along the lines of 'I don't want to ruin our friendship'.
Something like 'you're a lovely, sweet girl and any guy would be lucky to have you but...I'm not looking for a girlfriend right now/I'm not ready for commitment/you deserve someone who will be dedicated to your relationship etc' is usually the best option.
