Well...there are different levels of depression
There is light depression like oh i'm just sad all the time and I cry and then there is serious depression which is like life sucks and I am a burden to everyone and I want to kill myself.
The lighter one is just like they have a sadness in the eyes, even when they are smiling, they may not want to hang out as much as they used to, they not calling anybody, they listening to sad music all the time, they drawing sad pictures, they read a lot of sad poems all the time, they look at movies that make you wanna cry a lot, they may talk a lot about something that is on their mind or they look like they are thinking a lot but they always tell you it's nothing...that's the whole I don't want to be a bother, there is the lowering grades, sitting alone at lunch time. things like that...
then when you get to that suicidal thing start checking for cuts...cuts, notes, music about suicide, movies about suicide, poems about that stuff, wearing dark clothes all the time and looking dark and all that, sleeping! SLEEPING like excisively is a sure sign of that stuff cause you don't want to be awake cause life is shit when you are sad hahaha but when you are dreaming sometimes it is better. Figiting...things like that...why what's up? [ kaykaytoday's advice column | Ask kaykaytoday A Question ]
