Should I Go To The Police??
Ok, on the weekend I had my 2 best guy mates over and my best girl mate. I've known for a long time that one of my guy mates who I will call Ben likes me and if I was single I would probably like him back. But I have a boyfriend. So I had them over and my girly friend and the other guy went off and Ben went and lied down on my mum's bed coz he was feeling sick(we were all very drunk). I went and lied with him because I was bored with no-one to talk to. We fell asleep in the early hours after a nice talk. Next thing I know I wake up and he's moaning my name and grinding himself against my butt and leg. I was still half asleep so I just rolled over and went back to sleep...Wake up I don't know how long later and he's trying to finger me. I moved and went back to sleep again and nothing more happened.I didnt really think much of it the next morning coz I was so tired and hungover but i've been thinking about it now and it makes me sick! I told my boyfriend and he wants me to go to the police and if not he wants his name and number and shit so he can get him bashed!! But the thing is, I dont blame Ben becoz he was drunk and here I am lying next to him, it mustve been pretty tempting because he does like me, and the thing is I don't blame him! But I know the right thing to do is go to the police...Please Help me :S

If I were you I wouldn't go to the police. He was drunk and probably wouldn't have acted like that if he were sober. It's really up to you though, whether or not you want to go to the police. He didn't rape you, no harm was done other than you feeling disgusted with him. Your boyfriend has a right to be mad, if I was him I would be. Just talk to him and try to calm him down, he can't make you go to the police. And your boyfriend beating the guy up can cause more problems. Plus you can get charged for underaged drinking if your underage. Go talk to Ben, he was probably too drunk to know what he was doing.

ok not sure if htis is late or not to answer but i would suggest going to the police but dont if your underage drinking because then you will also get in trouble. if yo udont go to the police then i still wouldnt let your boyfriend beat him up because hten that can just lead to more problems. if anything just let it go and ignore that dude. and if it happens again then deffinately tell the truth. but how do you know he wasnt faking the drunkness?

If I were in your situation, I would probably just leave it alone. I would tell my boyfriend [which you've already done] and then leave it at that. Because in all honestly, what can the police do? Nothing. You were both drunk, there is no solid proof that this happened, and the police are going to seriously mess up your emotional world with questions and shit. If you feel talking to the police will help you or make you feel better, that's fine. But if it isn't that large of a deal to you, I would just drop it.

going to the police will be the right thing to do to prevent drunken rape!Maybee the guy did it on purpose or not.If you don't want to go to the police just make sure to keep your distance from him.But since you asked me,id be pretty scared and paranoiy to have to be looking over my shoulder all the time!

i wouldn't go to the police. first of all he's one of your best guy friends. he probably would hate you. people do stupid things when they're dtunk and it was probably one of those stupid things. ask him if he meant to do it. odds are he wont even remember. i can see why your boyfriend got mad and stuff that's understandable. but you pretty much called for it. two drunk people in a bed, anything can happen. but i wouldn't go to the police or even have him beat up. just talk to him and tell him he did that and you didn't appreciate it.

because you guys were drunk and if you guys are under age you could possibly get in trouble for that also.
but do what you think is right.
if you believe he was trying rape you, go to the police.
