You've allowed these illusions of your mom wanting the perfect skinny daughter, coupled with a bulimic friend and ex's lies and pent up angers to stress you to the point of illness.
If you don't feel like eating-- don't. Eat when you are hungry.
But the first thing I would do is have a heart to heart with your mother about these things and thoughts and how you feel. You'll find out most of it is BS and imagined. [ AskJR's advice column | Ask AskJR A Question ]

2. Your best friend was bulimic and look at how she turned out, I doubt she's enjoying life much right now.
3. I don't think the real problem is that the school knows you cut, but rather that you do cut.
The main reason for eating disorders is because of emotional problems. And it's obvious you have them because you cut and you feel like you're fighting the world. Emotional problems make you feel insecure about yourself and they make you feel as if you have no control over your life. So, you turn to some abnormal eating habit for an answer. You'll feel that if you're skinny enough, everything will be better.
It's not going to. I recommend you stop cutting first and find other ways to release endorphins to make you feel better. One way is exercise. If you want to be skinny in a healthy way, exercise. Not eating will only make it worse. In fact, not eating is just a vicious cycle that won't stop. the less you eat, the worse you'll feel. THe worser you'll feel, the less you eat, the worser you feel, etc... It's a vicious cycle so don't get trapped in it.

-maybe get/call a friend and start jogging sometime.
-rent an exercise video sometime maybe do that with a friend or family member.
-find a good sport that gets you active, and maybe make sure that sport is fun.
