hey, so lately one of my boobs has been harder than the other, like around the nipple area. is there any reason for this? is something wrong? (link)

dont worry, I have that same thing, it just means ones bigger than the other, its TOTALLY normal. Many girls go thru that.

okay the past few days i havent been eating. i mean i eat dinner..and thats it. i dont know i just dont want food there are many reasons behind it though.
- my mom wants the perfect skinny daughter
- my best friend was bulimic
- my ex told the new school i moved to that i cut
- ive been fighting with the world im a walking target to them
anyways ive tryed to throw up lately , not really to lose weight more or less because i dont like the feeling of food in my stomache. im really stressed lately and i just dont want to eat. my friends are worried but i just dont want food. i cant throw up any tips on that?
uhm i dont know am i on the verdge of an eating disorder but i dont think so because its not that im forcing myself away from food, its just that it doesnt really appeal to me.
and dont tell me to just start eating. i dont want that i want to loose weight. (link)

ok, let me start by saying, eat! But listen to me all the way here!!
-maybe get/call a friend and start jogging sometime.
-rent an exercise video sometime maybe do that with a friend or family member.
-find a good sport that gets you active, and maybe make sure that sport is fun.
But DON'T stop eating meals.

well I struck puberty 4 years ago and the first time when I did, the first thing I had was a pimple on my nose. Well it healed long aog already but my nose where the pimples was is always red and it annoys me really bad!
reminds me of rudoph the red nose reindeer! How can i make it disapear? (link)

maybe go to a dermatologist[skin doctor], and ask about whats going on, thats what my sister did when that happened, they perscribed her a medication and shes perfectly fine now!

ok my friend, lets call her E, her mom is such a control freak!
like her mom controls her life and yesterday E's mom got mad at her so guess what her mom did? she read her diary! E's mom got so mad after she read it because E wrote some mean things about her, well how else are gonna let your feelings out?? her mom doesn't understand that! now E's mom tells E to not write that in her diary and only write good thing. can you believe?? E's mom is telling E what to write in her diary! that drives me crazy how much her mom is a control freak! another ex: E has a 93 (which is an A) in a certain class and guess what? her mom wants her to bring it up! heck E is already in omega classes (which is a higher type of class, for smarter people) i just cannot believe her mom. and i know that E doesn't feel to good about it either. some other reasons: her mom grounded her for a month just because E got second place in a speeling bee! and another time, her mom grounded her for 3 months just for folding her clothes wrong. and this morning her mom told her not to put on jewelry in the morning before school because it wastes time when E gets up early enough in the morning todo what ever she wants.
- please tell me and E how to cope with her insane control freak mother! please! &thank you (link)

wow. I think she should stand her ground when her mom tells her to do something she doesn't wanna do or doesn't have to. And stand up for whats right! A girl should have the choice to plan out her own life!

i was anorexic 2 years ago and have been bulimic on and off for about a year or so. i was doing fine, but ive been stressed out lately and have been throwing up again. i dont know what to do. im terrified of any weight gain and i dont even know how much i weigh. i have gone to ED meetings before. i just dont know what i shoud do! Yea, wut I do to get over stress, I play my acoustic. And i have to admit, before I found doing a hobby to get over stress, I slit my wrists, that just hurt me more than anything! And I lost blood during that time:(. Not a good idea to purge yourself! Becuz that a way to damage your esophagus, or throat.

Alright, I'm about 5'2 and I weigh 120lb. I don't really like my weight. But I also wear a cup C bra, so that may add to my weight? Whatever. :) Anyways. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for excersises to lose weight in my sides and stomach. Or any diets that actually work. maybe pilates and the occasionally sit ups. but wen i wuz that height i just didn't care much, but i weighed about 115 at that height, but that might be because you have a c cup. i think your weight is just fine. But if you think you must do something, pilates or sit ups ;)

15/f. for school we are going on a field trip and after we are going to an amusement park. for the amusement park everybody wears their bathing suit with clothes over it for the water park/log fume rides. and we have to pick groups with 5 people in them and the guy i like is in my group!
my question is what should i wear for this trip? i'm already wearing my new plaid bathing bikini. but what should i wear over it to make it look cute but not slutty? lol. like i can't just wear a cami.
oh and what should i use to carry my money & cell phone in? or should i wear jean shorts?

well, i'm 13 and just spitballin here but, i think that you should wear wut you feel comfortable in, and still cute. and you should carry your money and cell phone, just in my opinion.

Okay so I'm trying out for cheerleading, and we already have had 2/3 practices. They taught us part of the dance the first day and I got that down really well, but then today they taught us the second part and it totally messed me up, also they taught us this cheer and I already forgot it and its really hard plus we have to do a toe touch and mine sucks I can barely do one, it's super low. Oh and when we were doing our cheers/motions I kept getting corrected and I tried practicing in front of a mirror but it confused me more. Does anyone have any suggestions to help my toe touch to be higher and better? Also what will help me with my confidence, because right now I totally feel like I'm not going to make it. (link)

i'm not quite a cheerleader, but i can definetly toe touch! just practice going down to the ground to touch your toes, then try it up in the air and see if it helps any;)

I'm 13, 5"3 and weigh approx 115 pounds. I don't want to lose weight, if that is what you are thinking. Simply, I am looking for another form of exercise that would suit me. Anyone with experience? (Sorry about the length of this post.)
Currently I take jazz dance Friday nights from 5:15 to 6:15. This is only my fourth year dancing so I just get a little sweaty.
I also have gym class at school 2 or 3 times a week. In gym we usually run 4 laps around the track (no walking!), which can be hard if you are tired, but is usually not too much of a problem. We then do another activity. (track and field, currently.)
My upper body is sort of weak and untoned, quite skinny. I have wider thighs (probably from running?), and my legs are in pretty good shape. I have a little flab around my stomach area, bum and thighs. My diet is also quite healthy.
I'm not to good in team sports (shyness), so I'm not looking for that. I want to tone my muscles and have fun. What else could you reccommend?
I've been looking at pilates. I hear that it is great for flexibility and grace (I could use that), muscle toning, and mind-body connection (could use that too for self-esteem issues.:D)

well DON'T weight lift, from the sounds of you, you DON'T need weight lifting. just try pilates and maybe occasional sit ups.;)

let's call him A. i think A likes me and i really like him a lot! i've caught him staring like 7 times over the course of a month. and i've never talked to him before. he's in 8th grade and i'm in 7th and it would just be weird. he also hangs out with another girl i thought he might like that was his age. but all the guys hang around her so idk. because even a gay guy smiles at her and jokes around with her. so i'm not sure what's up here. maybe he likes me and her? i just don't know. today when i came out of class i saw a guy drop his books and A kicked them further across the hall, it was so funny! was he trying to make me laugh or impress me? it certainly worked, if so. thanks! you should ask him if you guys would like to hang out and enjoy pops together, wait do you have pop machines in your school? we do. so your situation is sorta like mine, i'm 13 and hes 14, i'm in 7th hes in 8th, and he kinda looks at me. i'm too shy tho, but, i lost his looks a week ago, and i thought about it and noticed i lost him. dont be like me!

15/f im 5'3 and i weigh around 125pds i need to lose weight but its really hard for me im really depressed, so its hard to just start exersing, im on medicane but it hasnt helped yet,i dont eat alot but when i do eat its not healthy or i eat to much and throwup.i also have a really bad matabolism.i have the hardest time sticking to diets - i need tips on lossing weight and staying motavied.

Don't worry! thats how i am!! I'm just about 5'4" and i'm 125, and loving life! just cut back on some extra meals if you eat extras on the side, thats kinda wut i did!

ok i got this thing in the mail that said i could be in national american miss. but the thing is, i'm fat. 5'2 13/f 145pounds. i really want to be in it, but do you think they will accept a fat person? i have a bigger stomach then butt. but i'm just plain fat.
