Alright, I'm about 5'2 and I weigh 120lb. I don't really like my weight. But I also wear a cup C bra, so that may add to my weight? Whatever. :) Anyways. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for excersises to lose weight in my sides and stomach. Or any diets that actually work. If there's a website or something, it'd be great. :) Thank you for your time.
Additional info, added Wednesday May 2 2007, 7:25 pm: Oh, another question. For lunch I usually eat some yogurt and a sandwich. If I only ate that and salads, do you think I would see results?.
