try eating the peanutt butter with something like apples, or celery.
it might kill your cravings for more. ]
Well if you really eat like you say you do, i dont see any problems with a alittle ice cream once in a while. I like to put peanut butter on those mini Thomas cinnamin raisin bagels, its a good source of protien and a little bit of healthier fats. Just don't over do it on the peanut butter.... haha. I have the same eating habits pretty much ]
Potatoes are actually good for you, but only with moderation!! Eating too much of any food is bad.
But, better than the average potato is SWEET POTATOES or YAMS. (The orange thingy XD)
SWEET POTATOES: Consistantly rated the BEST food for you to eat, better than carrots or lettuce or anything. Sweet potatoes have soo much nutrients and minerals in them.
So in this case I suggest eating sweet potatoes instead of the normal potatoes. And the best part, at least to me, is that they are sweeter (hence their name) and just generally better tasting than normal potatoes.
Peanut butter is not the best this to go crazy with, BUT -- if you eat peanut butter with WHOLE GRAIN bread, this is a complete protein that is very healthy.
Like I said -- MODERATION is the key. Try not to go crazy with anything. XD
Hope I helped! ;D ]
