Well orange juice has a lot of great aspects. Theres a lot of calcium and vitamin C in it, but theres, also a lot of sugar. So if you want to further enhance your diet substitue one of those glasses for water and you'll be even better. But other than that it probably is really good for you depending on the brand of juice.
Hope I helped,
Love ya,

Depressed_Poet answered Thursday May 3 2007, 4:42 pm: well since orange juice has a lot of calcium and vitamins in it i would say you're very healthy. if you drink that much it should protect you against colds, sicknesses and keep your bones strong. but one thing i would definitely watch out for are canker sores because they hurt really bad and you can't have anything that has to do with fruit for like 3-5 days. and since you're only 14 and still growing it's especially healthy because it helps your blood cells and immune system fight against unhealthy viruses and bacterial infections etc. and helps your muscles stay strong.
