Well it depends how much sugar and cream you put in. So if you put in like 5 sugars and 7 creams then yeah. It's true. But if you only put in like 2 creams and 3 sugars then no. It's not true. So it really depends. However, coffee does prevent liver disease. As for the vanilla latte, yeah that's probably true. It has a lot of sugar and creams and things to make you hyper so in that case- I would get a small decaf.
