how to stay healty? Im not fat or skinny but i am not fit to fun track next year i am really fast but i just can run that fast right now can some1 help me?

Practice= perfection. Try running for about 15 minutes each day. Make sure you stretch a lot too. You can also go on a treadmill. Just keep running, and keep trying to do it for 15 minutes :] ]
