Underweight

Question Posted Wednesday May 2 2007, 12:54 am

How do you gain weight? I can eat and eat until my stomach hurts.. My weight stays the same.

I really want to fill in my body.. instead of being slightly bony. I don't have eating disorders, it's called a high metabolism.

I want some meat on my bones.
Or some muscle.

Any help?

Lmao@eating humans. :]

But seriously, she is right, eat LOTS of protein, and go to a library/bookstore, and check out/buy books on weight gain/muscle tone.

You said it: meat on your bones. Don't go to the unhealthy methods (fast food). They make you fatter but .. it's unhealthy. Instead, eat a lot of protein. Meat. Chicken. Beef. Pork. Fish. Humans. Anything. =)

Good luck.
Kay.
