hey my name is evan im 15. i have skin cancer for the second time and i have an older brother. i just want you to realize no matter how annoying your brother is you need to treat him nicely. the same thing that happened to me could happen to him. you may want to get away from him now but if something happens to him i promise you, you will regret trying to get away from him and wish you spent more time with him.

If he is annoying you,he probably just wants your attention.You could keep some time for him and play with him or take him out some where.Keep some time for yourself too.Get out or sit in your room.You could find him some one else to play with.

Well, what I do with my annoying little sister is that I stay in my room all the time to avoid her (and lock myself in) and if she comes and starts nagging or whining or whatever, I don't respond.
Also, walk around the house with headphones on (iPod, CD player, fake something, dunno). That works with me all the time. That way I avoid morning lectures in the car from my parents, no student bothers me at university when i'm working, etc. Soon he'll get the point that you're not to be talked to unless you talk to him first.
But don't be rude... I ended up being rude to my little sister and because I ignored her all the time, she ended up being friends with the wrong ones and now she cuts herself - she's only 12. So ye. I regret doing that now. Don't ignore him .. just let him know that you're not in the mood to be talked to.
