Do tons of crunches, lunges, and maybe work out in a gym. If you've got a weight room at school, maybe go into school early & work out on the machine that targets abs. If you don't feel like getting all sweaty before school, and waking up early, then stay after & work out. Most schools usually lets kids do that. All you have to do is talk to your gym teacher about it & ask, and I'm sure they'll have no problem with letting you stay. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

As for exercises: crunches, leg lifts, and do a search on google with "ab exercises" to get step by step instructions on some less conventional ones. [ lbwhite89's advice column | Ask lbwhite89 A Question ]
