A guys' body is a big bundle of nerve endings so it could feel good generally anywhere if touched the right way. For example, lightly running your fingertips over his collarbone, even his hipbone. The patch of skin right above his pubic area feels really good and may actually make him gain an erection. The insides of his thighs and arms where the skin is really thin feels excellent too.
