im 16/f and i weigh only 89.9 pounds what are some things i can do to put on weight?

well...its all about the meals and the timing..i was taught that if you eat after 8:00 p.m, then you will gain more weight that way...and if you have more meals a day then just 2 or 3 then your stomach will grow and you will start becoming more hungry.I hope i helped ;)

Well, 'eat more' is a very general answer.

You can eat junk food and gain weight, exept that would just turn into fat and would eventually do you no good. Or, you can get some of those protein powders for weight gain and mix them into your drinks or yogurts. That's what I would reccomend.
