i have like a school dance thing coming up and like i need help learned how to grind. if someone can just help explain it to me ill rate u high anddd really aprreciate it. but please just dont tell me i stick my butt into their penis and move it all around. i need more help like where exactly to put my hands, how to move my butt in a motion and what to do with my feet.

The thing about dancing is you don't think about it at all. You just get into the music, and your body basically does the rest. Sounds to me like you basically have the genderal idea, so just apply what you already know to your getting out there and just having fun, and viola! You're grinding, and the guy is in heaven. The most important thing to remember is to not think. If you think about what you're doing, you'll end up feeling stupid.
