So me and my friends we are really good kids... and we have really wanted to do something i dont know "rebellious" so should we?? we were either gunna drink or go get high or something... but i would just be a once in a lifetime thing though. oh and i am 14 by the way
jdiiiizle answered Sunday April 29 2007, 9:01 pm: Just because you drink it doesn't mean you are not a good kid. I'm 16 now, I drank a maybe once when i was 14, I have smoked weed(not anymore, only a few times) and i drink pretty much every weekend, not very healthy, but its just what I do. I am still seen as a good kid, but it might be the fact that just about everyone in my town pretty much drinks/smokes every weekend. You are only young once, remember that. If you feel you will have fun, do it. Just make sure you are safe about it, do NOT think you are invincible, especially if you havenever drank before. Seriously limit yourselves, or have someone around who has drank before who can kinda watch to make sure you don't drink too much.
In the end, be safe about it if you do it, and you are only young once. Live it up.
***Since i couldn't send you a message i EDITED my answer. If you are all small people, and have never drank before. you wont need that much. I woulddrink beer, considering it is your first time ever. probably 3 beers each would be good. even less for girls. [ jdiiiizle's advice column | Ask jdiiiizle A Question ]
LoveNJstyle answered Sunday April 29 2007, 4:52 pm: Well i was definatly 14 once...
so i do understand why you would want to but look at it this way... once you do it once.. you won't be known as good kids anymore. that means you'll lose trust and friendship from other people that didn't participate in the "rebellious" activity. a lot of people drink, but the fact is that it's bad for you. i'm not saying that anyone that gets drunk is gonna die or get raped but sometimes it's just not worth the hangover or the puking.
pot won't do as much damage but it'll give you a bad reputation, trust me. don't make a habit out of any of those. if you need anything, ask. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
LadyH answered Sunday April 29 2007, 4:00 pm: What would be the point? What are you trying to prove? Yes, I believe in trying everything atleast once, but I don't think alcohol & drugs are the way to go. How do you know you're not going to make a habit of it? To me, it just sounds like you're bored with your life & you're choosing the wrong decisions to spice it up. Not only are you making a bad decision, but it only proves you are immature. Yes, you are a child & yes you're going to want to experiment with different things. But there are other ways to get a thrill out of life than choosing to do things simply because they're "rebellious." [ LadyH's advice column | Ask LadyH A Question ]

being rebellious isn't about getting high or getting drunk. if you'er gonna get high, chances are you're just gonna end up watching a movie and eating food non stop for 2 hours, nothing to rebellious about that. If you really want to be rebellious, I'd recommend joining a protest of some sort, feminist rally, impeach bush rally, and other wonderful liberal stuff. Or destroy one of the blue federal mail boxes.
However, if you really want to drink or get high, don't do both at the same time. You could pass out because something about booze and marijuana mixed isn't good. If you are going to buy some marijuana and you're only gonna do it once, i'd recommend buying a dimebag. It's $10. If they charge you more than $10 for a dimebag, you're getting ripped because dimebag means $10 worth of stuff.
But seriously, you're 14, wait until high school before you do that kind of stuff. And if you really are a good kid, try to stay sober throughout your teenage years. No need in getting corrupted. [ TheWallflower's advice column | Ask TheWallflower A Question ]
hyperNerd05 answered Sunday April 29 2007, 2:00 pm: Thats sorta odd. Why would you be doing it? are you trying to rebel against your parents or are your peers making you do it.Drugs are not let out just so a few kids can do it once and never forget about it. Major things could happen because of it. your parents could find out. or something could happen physically. you should think about it for a while and think if its a really good idea just because you are your friend feel like defying some one. rick505 answered Sunday April 29 2007, 1:18 pm: You want to do something rebellious? First, I would have to ask why? Second, I would ask, why do you think screwing with YOUR BRAIN is rebellious? To be truly rebellious, screw with THEIR brain, whom-ever you are rebelling against.
Want to do something temporary that will screw with people? you should all shave your heads and paint then a specific color. It's temporary, rebellious, and there is nothing they can do about it once you've done it and it will be a constant reminder to them that you can do things they have no control over till it grows back. pacsunnnx3 answered Sunday April 29 2007, 1:17 pm: i really don't think drugs and alchohol are the way to go. theres a lot of other ways you can be "rebellious" without drugs and alcohol. and if you do decide to do it, chances are you will want to do it again, so i doubt it would just be a once in a lifetime thing, trust me. i hope you make the right choice <3 [ pacsunnnx3's advice column | Ask pacsunnnx3 A Question ]
