The only thing you CAN do while these heal is to eat healthy. Get rid of junk food. Get rid of snacks, get rid of sweets, and get rid of fast food. Drink 8 glasses of water, 4 glasses of milk & eat veggies. Take vitamins, eat fruits, and make sure to eat meat so you can get lots of protein.
Once your hip & pelvis heal, then go out for jogs or walks, and work yourself up to running. Join a gym if at all possible & work out there. Maybe see a nutritionist to get you on a good, healthy diet plan. Good luck, and sorry to hear about your injuries. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

That's a really serious injury, see a doctor as soon as possible! Okay, so this is a question that you should ask a professional. I don't think many people have had experience with your situation and without knowing you and your exact condition we can't give you useful advice on this site. So, just call your doctor, or better yet your therapist if you have one. They will know exactly what you should do. For the time being though, even if you can't move that much you shouldn't weigh 300 pounds if you are eating healthily. Start eating the correct amount of calories every day of healthy foods and you should see a big difference. Good luck! :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
