Question Posted Thursday April 26 2007, 9:11 pm

okay so my friend..umm,bob[not really]tells me alot of things.if she tells me something about my friend fred[not really]thats like mean or something i tell fred what bob said.and i have no idea but i think bob is begining to know what im doing.i know its bad that im doing this:telling fred all the things that bob says nagitivly about her but i dont know, its just hard.we[me and fred]have been close for alot longing than me and bob have so i guess i just feel like i should tell her everything, including the things about her being mean or that bob just plain doesnt like her.and i want to agree with bob but at the same time i dont want to because of freds case.i know its gonna end bad.how do i change that from happening?.

Keep your mouth shut!!!!

Stop the gossiping!!!!

Stop hurting people by telling them what others say!!!

All you are doing is instigating trouble for everyone and making a loud-mouthed fool out of yourself to the point no one will ever tell you anything ever again in confidence and you will end up without any friends-- PERIOD!

People like you are the same people that start rumors and hurt and even damage people for life.

Keep your mouth shut and suck on a lollipop instead!

This is tough.

If you don't tell Fred what Bob said, she's gonna get her feelings hurt, or she'll never find out. If you do tell, Bob is gonna get mad at you & call you a backstabber. Either way, you get shit on for what you do/don't do.

My suggestion would be to tell Bob that anything she has to say about Fred to say it to Fred instead of you. Tell her you refuse to get in the middle of it anymore because it's stressing you out with decisions & not knowing what you're supposed to do.

Whatever problems they have with each other, let them solve it. You shouldn't have to play monkey-in-the-middle because one of your friends can't be direct with her shit-talking.

so thats kinda labled as a back stabber, just when bob talks about fred, you dotn talk about her. maybe try to change the subject. i know its hard not to tell, but you have to, you want both as friends, so if you try to avoid the convo. with bob then she'll get the point that you dont like talking about fred. hope i helped<3
