iam 18 years old and a 15 year old asked me out and was stupid enough to say yes becouse i don't know weather i can go to jail or not if iam an 18 year old girl can i go to jail for dating a 15 year old boy?

yes you can. but thats if you get caught. like having sex, and his parents find out and doesnt like it, they can take you to court, or if they are just mean, and dont like you two dating at all. im 15 and my boyfriend is 18 but my parents are fine about it. i guess it really matters with the parents, like if the cops catch you two doing stuff in the open, well then you will forsure get in trouble. but if he will be 16 soon, my boyfriend said something like "if you are 18 and over and the person you are dating is under that, they can be 2 years younger and your in the safe zone."
so if he'll be 16 soon, ask him to wait. hope i helped<3
