do crunches[about 50 or for 30sec-1min]
bycicles[about 45-50 or 30sec-1min]
leg lifts[6 inches] [about 20 sec-down-20sec-down]
sit ups[45-50]
toe touches[while lying down] [45-50 or 30sec-1min]
accordians[[45-50 or 30sec-1min]
do all of these 1 or 2 a day, and jog about a mile a day[try not to do it on concrete, its bad for the joints]
do this about 3-4 times a week, 5 if possible. continue this for about 2-4 months.
you will get sore with the running at first, and some of the abb excersises, but dont quiye. it will stop after a few weeks. do all that i said[and any other abb exercises you choose]] for the amount, time, [and PUSH YOURSELF], youll be on you way to a sexy stomach....
hottie411 answered Tuesday April 24 2007, 8:54 pm: if you really are determined to get them off, you should work out everday. just do like 50 crunches, sets of 25, everyday, and i'm sure you'll lose them before bathing suit season

Really I think that you are doing about all you can do, it is just who you are, my only advice is be confident about your body and remember there are many girls (like me) who would wish for bigger love handles.
