yeah, so in this magazine, i saw this ring, from their website, and it looks just like a chanel one, and so i was like whoa i have to have it, but when i went to the website, it didnt have it. i just got this magazine on april 23rd. do you think they just didnt update the website or something??

It's a possibility because some web sites can be very slow in updating especially when some companies have a third party company on contract who update and run the web site for them. Either that or the item is not yet available to buy but has been advertised as an item that's coming soon.
I think the best thing to do though would be to either give them a call (if they have a customer support helpline) or alternatively e-mail them and ask them about the ring and if it's available as well as any other additional information you require (sizes available, price, item code etc). This way if their site has just not been updated yet you can still buy the ring if you want instead of having to wait.
