ok it seems complicated at first, but it is really simple if you follow the basic rules. 1.) Make sure your USB cable is plugged securly into both the PSP and the USB port. 2.) on the psp menu, go all the way to the left, and select the option, USB connection. Now with this being done, you should recieve some conformation by your computer recognizing the device. Check the bottom right hand side of your moniter on the task bar, and see if is the icon, (it looks like a data chip, and it has a green arrow on it) If you have this, go to "my computer" and select "removable disk G:" click on this icon and there you have it..the motherboard of your PSP memory stick! There are premade folders "MP_ROOT" (which is used for video clips) and "PSP" where you put your music and photos on, etc. If you put video clips on your psp, they must be of MP4 format. Also, you must properly remove your PSP from your computer, or there could be damage to either your PSP or the computer itself. Simply click on the icon down in the lower right hand side of your moniter, on the task bar (mentioned earlier, the data chip with the green arrow), click "Stop" and then click on "sony PSP G:" and then remove the USB cord, once the conformation comes up saying it can be removed. And there you have it! Good luck :D
