Oh god have I been there a couple million times. Give this a try: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

It only takes about five mintutes and it nearly always works for me. Just take it slow and take it seriously. You'll feel much better.

Oh and don't be looking at your work when you try to relax. Go someplace else in the house where it's not right in your face.

Hey!
It sounds like you're a type A personality like me. I get super super stressed out over nothing. The other day I did this project and the O in Personal wasnt in the middle I freaked out, bnut I ended up getting a 91 on the project so there was no point in that. Hers what I do, I like planning everything, so I plan when I'm going to get what on a project done. And I'll set blocks of time for each thing, and I start way too early, so that I have extra time near the time when the project is due. And say if I start freaking out because the O isnt straight, the project isnt due for three days, so I can take that break like the first person said and take a breather. Do something that relaxes you like a walk or or have a snack or just calm down. you're right, don't listen to music if it makes you lose concentration, because that can end up hurting the out look of your project, but if listening to music relaxes you then do that for half an hour and go back to the project. If you take a break and go back to it, then it will give you a fresh out look and it will help you to see it with new eyes, and you'll realize, hey I'm an A student, why am I worrying about my o?
I hope I gave you some insight from a personal prespective, let me know if you need anything else, as you can see I've been in your shoes before. Love ya,
Angie91

Get a drink or go outside & go for a quick walk around the block. If you can't go outside for fresh air, try to just sit on your bed & relax.

You should just take a breather at times when you feel like you are going to freak out take a 5 min break and just breath and go get a drink then after you have chilled out for 5 mins go back to it. like you said you know this stuff there is no reason to freak out.
