IM BLOATED okay i dont why but i feel like i have a lot of water in my body and i feel bloated. my eyes are like puffy
my friend tells me to pee it out, but i cant lol should i like walk or something?

You're probably just PMSing. Blotation is a common symptom that sometimes comes with it.
I get that often- and I've found that the next time I pooped it was gone and I felt better.
You could also try sweating a lot- like go for a run or something.

Walk. Do not eat foods high in salt. You can take a midol or drink caffeinated beverages because they will help you eliminate fluid. Midol or even some diet pills like Dexatrim contain diuretics (things that make you pee). Those are over-the-counter. Use them as directed and not at all if you are not an adult unless your parent gives permission. Other than some caffeine, drink only water.
Get plenty of rest because it will help your puffy eyes.
If it doesn't get better within a few days, talk to a parent or see a doctor.
