so i'm on this diet thing... well it's not really a diet because it's healthy and safe... so it's more of an eating plan...
I stay between 1500-1800 calories a day...
and well, i get all shaky and feel like i'm about to die or black out or something when I can't have my food that I actually want- whether it's junk food or just pasta or something...
and i know there have to be days when you just plain don't think about what you're eating.
How often can I have these days?
once a week? twice? once a month? i just don't know
But dieting isn't going to solve anything unless if you exercise. From what I think, diets are a way of cheating to get skinny and over time, it's not going to be as efficient as it was.

You see kind of like your diet weight watchers doesnt make it so you cant eat anything you can eat anthing you want but of course you have to keep within the points with eating unhealthy food is near to impossible so you try to get good food. Anyway with this it depends on how big, old, young, depends on how many points you get so lets say you can have 30 points a day. OK well you have 35 points for you to use anypart of the week you want all in one day or 5 a day. I kno i didnt help im sorry. but i guess it could.
ductape_n_roses answered Saturday April 14 2007, 11:14 pm: It's not a healthy or safe diet if you're lacking the amount of calories you need to eat per day. I'm assuming you're a teenage girl and most teenage girls need 2000-2200 calories per day.
That doesn't mean to go fill up 500 calories with ice cream and 1000 with fast food and the other 500 with veggie. That means to fill up those calories with healthy food.
Also, don't forget to exercise. Food alone won't effect you much..
As for the shakiness...well you're not getting enough energy in your body--so it's not safe overall. Make sure you're eating high protien containing food!!!
As for those days...try to avoid them. If you allow yourself to do so one day, you're giving youself permission to do it everyday. So try and limit those to 1 a week and gradually work your wy up to 1 time a month.
The easiest thing to keep you on track is to get rid f all junk food & those nonhealthy chocolate chip bagle sorts & stock up on veggies, low fat yogurt, fruits, etc so you'll just grab those & not have to worry much =) [ ductape_n_roses's advice column | Ask ductape_n_roses A Question ]
