i'm 5"10 and 152 pounds. i am almost at getting a flat stomach. when i havent eaten in a while, my stomach is almost flat. also, i want to reduce my butt size by a little.
i already walk for 45 min-1 hour each day.
so i'm wondering, what are some excercises i can do to reduce my butt and flatten my stomach?
- Windshield Wipers
Lay on your back with your hips, back, and
head against the floor. Raise your legs so
they are sticking straight up in the air,
and move them from one side of your body to
the other (aka, touch them to the floor on
your left side, then to the floor on your
right side, but make sure they don't come
slamming down, this defeats the purose of
the move) making sure to keep straight
legs. If this is too challenging you can
bend your legs to modify the move. This move
will elongate your obliques, and really tone
your stomach.
- Leg lifters.
Start in the same position as the previous
move, and touch your legs to the floor and
raise them up again. Again, make sure your
legs are straight (and even better that your
toes are pointed, it makes it harder and
therefore burns more calories.) You should
feel your lower stomach and thighs start to
burn.
I look at that site and try to do some of those, im trying to get a smaller butt too =). For your stomach, seriosly just do crunches. When I watch tv i'll just flip over to laying on my back and do 25 crunches. I do around 150-200 a day, and my stomach got alot flatter. It used to look like I was pregnant =/, but now I can't push out my stomach that much anymore.Hope this helped [ bLue_in_tHe_faCe's advice column | Ask bLue_in_tHe_faCe A Question ]
