there's something wrong with me. 16/f
i just got out of the shower like 10 minutes ago, and i went to my room to get a shirt because i grabbed the wrong one, and i got this pain like i was gonna get sick or something. but then i came down stairs and it got worse. it felt like someone was stabbing me or hitting me with something repeatedly in my mid to lower back. because of the pain it was hard to breathe and i started crying cause it really hurt. it doesn't hurt right now, but what could it be?

i am not a doctor but from my experience i have seen these exact symptoms in two differant scenarios. the first possible reason for the pains is appendacitus, many people think it only hurt before it bursts but excruciating cramps near the stomach and/or sides can sometimes be warning signs that you need your appendix removed.
the seond cause may be stomach ulcers. if the pain was mainly in your stomach/belly this could ean you have a stomach ulcer which is also very serious
i hope you get better, and please keep me updated to make sure you're okay =]

Dont worry about it. I had the exact same problem as you so i went and checked it out with my local doctor. It turns out that its just a stage mostly women from the age of 12-20 get pains where you said and fainting. If you still worried check it out with your doctor. But believe me its probably nothing. Just like it wasnt for me.
If you want any more information dont be shy to write to me.

have you gotton your period alreadi? or is it near your time of the month? cause it sounds like it might be some sort of very painful back cramps. if thats not the case you might also be getting these sort of "shocks" i get them a lott.. nd im nto sure why it happens but it jsut feels lik something keep stabbing me in the back and it really hurts, when i get them i try to take slooow deep breaths to get the pain to stop or if that makes it worse stop moving, and just sit still for a bit breathing verrrryyy slowly little by little until you feel the pain slowly start going away. if this really bothers you try going to a doctor or someone more professional but i think theyre sort of back cramps or like shocks from the muscles cramping or something ive had em for a while nd they havent gotton better but now i only get them lik once every 2 months or not even so look out ot see if you keep getting them and do somethign about it if theyre that painful. hope i helped =] ]
