if i eat heathy and do tie bo everyday and gymnastics twice a week how much weight will i lose in about 40 days..thankyou

Nobody can answer this question, considering weight loss is different for everyone.
For example: Say three people follow the same exact diet/exercise plan. One person may lose 20 pounds in 3 months, the next person may lose only 15, and the next person 36. It depends on the individual.

It depends what your definition of "healthy" is. You could healthy food and still not lose weight if you ate enough of it. Eat healthy and use portion control. How much weight you will lose depends on your body size now, how much you eat, and your activity level. You are pretty active, so if you are consistent with eating smarter, then you may lose up to about 10 pounds, i think.

Well im not exactly sure how much weight you will lose but if your used to doing that then your body will get used to the routine and you wont lose any weight
