The images of extremely slender models in magazines are the result of selective picking and anoerexics. Don't fall into the trap of believing you have to be like these people - it is unnatural, and they will pay in later life with bone diseases and other major problems.
Also fat around the stomach can happen with water retention just before a period, you can always expect to feel a little bloated before you're due on.
Do not feel like you need to cut food out of your diet, cutting food should only ever be an option if you are overeating or overweight. If you eat healthy you can always suppliment food, taking the better option rather then snacking etc.
Also its important to do regular excersise, if you're still worried about your stomach sit ups and rockers (same position as a sit up but leaning slighty forwards and "rocking" with a tense stomach) can help. However these for ome people can be tedious so I would advise you to find a sport or gym you likee and try to stick with that :)
Hope this helped. x x [ burningXstar's advice column | Ask burningXstar A Question ]
